Have you ever needed to get documents to coworkers or a business quickly, but the files are too big to email?  How about explaining a complicated process and you need visuals and audio?  


 

One way to get information to other people quickly is to use PowerPoint Recording and Online Storage.  This is extremely useful when you work with a team of people who need access to the same information.  I used PowerPoint Recording to help people understand how to add or update their Google Business profile.  This is extremely useful for marketing and social media.  PowerPoint Recording can also be used for making YouTube Videos for instructional purposes.  Online storage is great for uploading your content and can be shared with multiple people at once.

One of the challenges that should be considered when implementing PowerPoint Recording is voice recording and to pause between slides.  If you don't your voice will cut out between slides. A challenge for online storage is size and file format.  You want to make sure your staff understand how to use and have corresponding programs.  Also, a downside to online storage is large sizes can take up your online storage space and take a while to upload.
