Oh, the joy of evaluation and assessment! 

Evaluation and assessment might not always be a pretty job but there are tools to help you in your career and classroom to make the experience less terrifying for your students or business.  It is important to always evaluate to ensure that your employees understand their rolls and are doing a good job.  One way to implement assessment tools in your business is Google Forms with a survey or questionnaire for your employees or customers.  This tool can help you stay informed of their knowledge or the customers satisfaction.

Some challenges that should be considered when implementing online assessment tools is asking effective questions, making it interesting, and the appropriate number of questions.  You want to ensure your evaluation is finished and too many questions could be too time consuming for people to complete.  

Your assessment or evaluation doesn't need to be a tortuous process.
